-What are my payment options?
At the moment we offer Authorize.net and Paypal for online payments, but  can take checks / MOs / cash by traditional snailmail. If you do not have a paypal account, don't worry you can still use paypal to pay with your CC / Debit card with no signup.

-For Paypal: When checking out you will go to a paypal login page. Either login to pay normally or click the small blue "Continue" text link to pay using a CC without a paypal account.

-For Check/MO: How to pay details will appear after you place your order.

NOTE: We only use the ship-to address entered in our shopping cart, so don't worry about confusion with addresses displayed on payment confirm emails.

-We do ship to APOs
If you cannot fit the proper address in my cart, just put it in the order notes. Be sure and claim United States for your country so you pay the lower shipping. Although you may be in another country the APO shipping starts the adventure CONUS. Proper entry should be noted for example on an APO AE address: APO is the "city" while AE is the "state"

-What is your shipping rate?
At the moment I do flat rate shipping for entire orders with some options. First Class and airmail are cheap, but don't come with any tracking. Priority and Global Priority are faster, can have tracking, but cost more. If you need a different shipping option, contact me. First Class : $3, Priority $7 (delivery confirmation included). Heavier stuff is $12 for Priority. Airmail is $13, but it then jumps up to $45 to cover Global Priority with some form of tracking or if it fits, Global Express flat rate envelope.

-When will my goods be shipped?
We try our best to send within 3 business days after receiving your order. Please do not put requests for expedited shipping that has not been pre agreed upon prior to the order. It is not a fair expectation to pay for an order at normal speed then toss in the order notes a demand to receive by a certain date.

-Returns:
-If for some reason you do not like your item, but it is not defective, you can send it back IN LIKE NEW CONDITION within 2 weeks for a refund minus any shipping.
-If your product is damaged or sub-par quality, send a picture for me to confirm and I will send out a replacement. If the damaged item needs to be returned, this will be clarified through email.

-Canceling and Order Changing:
Please try your best to take your time to only place orders you a completely happy with. We try our best to accommodate when possible, however when we get last minute requests to change or cancel we are not always able to do so. 

-Do we make custom patches?
Kinda, if you have your art ready in a vector format, when not bogged down we can assist with making custom projects starting at 50 quantity for embroidery or 100 quantity for PVC.

-I've had my patches for a while and they are starting to get "fuzzy", what did I do wrong?
Degradation will depend on how hard the user is, but keep in mind embroidery threads are less abrasion resistant that military fabrics. Good news is you can take a lighter (fire) with quick passes to burn away most fraying and fuzzies. Also when storing multiple patches, make sure the velcro sides face each other. If hook velcro gets mashed onto a patch design it can really get in there and cause damage removing.

-Do we offer wholesale purchasing?
Yes, contact me to set this up, however the current rules are:
* Orders must be at least $200 in wholesale price cost
* When ordering patches they should be in even numbers (pairs) for the safety of the patches during shipping.
An example would be making sure to buy 4 or 6 Monkey Heads in Arid rather than 5.
* Check payment is preferred for domestic orders; orders are processed with final invoices included with shipment

-Do we take phone orders?
No, sorry at this time we do not accept phone orders.
